St. Lucia

This was mine and Justin's most favorite island of the cruise!  It was the island with the most vegetation and the prettiest terrain.  I'd love to just go back to St. Lucia and rent a beach house for a week.

That is our cruise ship in the back ground.

Best travel buddies EVER!
We laughed so much today my side hurt.  We all went zip lining except Richard and Stacie.  They wanted to scuba dive another day.

Silliest guy out there!

So glad Tif could do this and that it didn't cause any back troubles for her!

Justin LOVED zip lining.  I think we are going to need to zip line on every vacation we go on now!

Jungle friends.

We all give this excursion a big thumbs up!!!

They said sassy and we gave it to them!

These two can work a camera thats for sure!

Banana trees

We seriously had the best guides!  They were super fun and the best photographers for us!  This was such a wonderful day!  Zip lining through the rain forrest is the best!  I think we all felt like kids for the day and it was just what we all needed!  It refreshed my soul I can say that much!

See what I mean...... Both of these kids need a chaperone.  Hehehe.....

Okay maybe we do too!

And forget about these two...... they just need to get a room!

Lori talked me into zip lining this way.  Sure made you go really fast!  Our guides thought we were crazy!  Love every minute of it..........even if it did pinch a nerve in my back.  Nothing a tramadol from Tif couldn't fix.  So worth it!

Tif enjoying this zip for sure.

Justin was wild and crazy!  I loved seeing him like this!

Justin Reed showing us how it's done!  Him and Lori are professional zip liners!

St. Lucia was absolutely gorgeous! We decided to skip the dinner tonight so we could spend the evening watching the island as our ship hit the waves.  It was breath taking!  This island might also be my favorite because Justin bought me a beautiful one cart diamond ring while we were here.  He also bought me a pair of diamond hoop earrings.  I am so spoiled!  It made St. Lucia so special!
We matched and we didn't even plan it!  Sure love these ladies.  We missed Richard and Stacie today for sure.
I can't express fully how grateful I am for this trip!

Antigua

The day on Antigua was wonderful.  We planned to rent scooters but couldn't find some to rent.  Then by the time we did it started to rain so we decided to just take taxi's to a recommended beach and chill for the day.  This way no one got hurt!

So fun to see so many interesting cultural things on the different islands.  Of course they are wanting a dollar or two for a picture with them.  But we'll pretend like its authentic

Look at this breath taking picture!

Seriously look at that water!

Love these peeps!

Man did we get a treat....a massage by this sweet lady!
She had magic hands to say the least.  It was probably the best massage I have ever had and it wasn't even expensive.  All of us ladies enjoyed a massage from her!

Love my farmer tan boy!

We fell in love with these two.  Okay, okay we already loved them before the cruise.  But really we had such a great time with them.  So easy to talk to and always full of good stories!

It was another great day!  More fun memories made!

St. Maarten

Stopped at the island of St. Maarten.

It was so fun to be on a cruise with 3 other couples.  Today we spent the day with Brian and Tif on the island of St. Maarten.

We had a great time seeing the island.  Look at that view!

It was wonderful to get to spend time with Brian and Tif, away from the company.  I know it was good for Justin!

Maho Beach

It's an amazing feeling to be right under a Boeing 747 as it is landing.  The force is WILD!

It was really fun to be so close to the planes landing.

Yes I mean CLOSE!

I love this lady so much!
She is too much fun and always make everyone feel good about themselves.

We ended up renting a jeep and touring the island ourselves.  Such beautiful view and adventure!  We took that jeep up a road that we are pretty sure wasn't open to the public.  Tif and I peed behind the jeep and then Brian, without even planning it, scared the crap out of us!  We laughed, we sang, we talked and we enjoyed.......it doesn't get much better than that!

Good thing Tif has Brian to chaperon her........lol!  Oh the stories we could tell from this cruise!  But what happens on a cruise stays on a cruise!

St. Maarten was pretty!  I seriously could live on an island and be happy with it!

Cruisin' Fun

We sailed with Royal Caribbean on their ship Adventure of the Seas.
It was a medium sized ship and we loved it.

One of the formal nights!

Tif came to our room and did my hair for me.  I loved it!

This is the mid ship area.  Performers are dancing to YMCA.  Seriously cruises are so fun and constant entertainment!

I like that the housekeepers fold your towels into animals....

I think it adds to the fun of a cruise.  I sure want to take our kids on a cruise!  Maybe next year for Christmas we can plan one.

One night Justin was all socialized out so I hung out with these two cuties!  We might or might now have spend the night in the casino.  What happens on a cruise stays on a cruise.....LOL!  Either way we didn't win any money but we did let loose and relax so I'm counting it as a successful night.  Wish Justin would have felt like coming with us.

The ship had an ice skating rink on it........so crazy!  The show was wonderful.  It's crazy that people can skate so good when the ship is swaying with the waves of the sea.

Scuba Diving

Justin and I haven't been on a trip where we could scuba dive in quite awhile.  We were super stoked, and I was a little anxious about going.
But mostly stoked!

We decided to scuba dive in St. Croix.  It was great to get a chance to get back out in the ocean.  Oh how I love the freedom and escape it is to spend some time under the water!  It only took a minute of having all the gear on and then my nerves were calmed.  The first dive we went on we went down 100 feet!  It was surprising to me that when I read my gauge we were already at 100 feet.  Sure didn't seem like it.

We hovered and explored at the 80 foot level for a lot of the dive.  Justin and I both didn't feel like the vegetation or fish were very impressive.  Always great to be under the water but wish there were more fish.  Justin still thinks Hawaii is the best diving we've ever done.  Not that we've been diving in tons of locations or anything.
The second dive we went on we saw several lion fish.  Our dive master told us that the lion fish are eating all the other fish.  So when we are diving if he sees a lion fish he always kills it with a spear gun.  Richard, Stacie, Justin and myself were all about 5-10 feet away from our guide when he motions to us that is going to kill this huge lion fish.  He kills it and within a minute a 4 foot shark starts swimming around us.  Our guide motions for us to get back a little bit and to stay out of the way.  We watch as the shark circles around and then goes in and eats the lion fish!  It was CRAZY!!!

Justin and I have seen sharks before while diving but never seen one go and eat something like that.

So grateful to have the chance to take this trip!

Richard and Stacie are too much fun!  I love them so much!  It was wonderful to get to spend the week vacationing with them!  They both bring out the best in Justin and myself!
We have to plan more scuba diving trips now that these two are certified!
