Took the kids to San Diego for fall break!
Boogie Boarding was a huge hit. My kids all love doing it. it was Alec’s first time swimming in the ocean and therefore his first time boogie boarding
He was GIANT fan of boogie boarding.

Ella also loved boogie boarding. All the kids were out in the ocean boogie boarding together and one kid saw a fin sticking out of the ocean. My older kids thought it was a dolphin but they knew Alec is healthy afraid of a shark or whale attacking him. Haha! So Hunter yelled “SHARK!”
Alec saw the fin sticking out of the water, Ella being so little couldn’t see anything so when Hunter yelled shark to scare Alec, she went in to full panic mode.
Chaos erupted in the ocean and all I know is that Alec Judd was out of the water and on the dry beach all by himself. While Kiersten tries to help Ella hurry in from the unknown “shark.”
We will laugh about this for years to come! Alec didn’t think for one millisecond to help Kiersten or Ella. I told Kiersten this is good information for her to know.
Lesson learned… DO NOT expect Alec to help you if there is a shark around! 🤣
