The kid is amazing at catching things! He can catch lizards like nothing and even managed to catch this baby rabbit. It was so cute!
It was just a baby so it had to be bottle fed. The kids all loved feeding it and cuddling with it.
Grandpa Cluff told Hunter all about how when he was a kid and how he would catch rabbits just like this one. He said he took care of them and loved cuddling them as he watched TV. Grandpa Cluff said he took care of so many baby rabbits he couldn't count how many. He also told Hunter about putting rabbits in the county fair and how he won grand champion rabbit one year. Hunter loved hearing Grandpa's stories about when he was a kid!
Hunter carried it around for days, even moment that he could. He sure loved this baby rabbit!
Hunter even talked his dad into helping him build a cage outside for the rabbit. Sadly the rabbit got left out past dark and we are pretty sure an owl or hawk got it. All the kids were super sad!
But I am sure this won't be the last rabbit Hunter catches!
