Great Season

We have loved this first season of Hunter playing school basketball!

So grateful for family that comes and supports each other!  Hunter was so excited that Uncle Matt would come watch him, and of course everyone else!  But Uncle Matt is a pretty big deal!

AS the basketball season is coming to an end I can't help but be proud of Hunter!  He is a good two feet shorter than his teammates and he does his best to not let that get in his way.  He works his butt off and has really improved this season.  He gets up at 4:30 in the morning, ALL ON HIS OWN, to get to his basketball practice.  He catches a ride with the assistant coach and honestly we don't even wake up to know if he got up and went.  Is he one of the star players?  Absolutely not.  Does he always get a lot of playing time?  No and we totally understand that.  But his attitude to get better and focus on the playing time he does get has really surprised us all.  The last two games he has gotten to play a lot and has really done a great job!  He really hustles out there on the court.

We look forward to many more years of watching him be a baller!!!
#GORIDERS

These Riders took 2nd in the championship game.  They won every team except Safford.  Way to go Pima Rough Riders!

Following the championship game, Coach Judd sent me a text letting me know that is was wonderful having Hunter on the team and that Hunter should always look at his size as a strength.  He said he can't wait to coach him again next year!  Told me to have Hunter work on his speed!

Styling Ella

This girl cracks me up!
She LOVES sunglasses and necklaces!

Ella will wear her sunglasses all day long!

She is a strong-willed kid for sure.
But when she does such cute things like needing sunglasses I enjoy her strong will!

What a Good Dad!

Hunter had been asking if Justin would help him mark the basketball court so Hunter could practice shooting from specific points.

Justin is such a good dad.  He YouTubed how to do it, picked up the supplies and got to work one Saturday.  After about an hour of him being alone outside working on it himself, I went out and asked if he couldn't include the boys in the project.

After a little convincing him he agreed they could help.  I wish Justin could see what it means to the boys when he includes them in what he is doing.  There is so much for them to learn from such a great dad!  Hoping Justin can find a way to start opening up to us all.  We love him so much!
They didn't get it all marked but the free throw line is in.  Hunter was excited and the boys loved working beside their dad!

Date Night

Mani and Spencer kept telling us we needed to try the crab legs night at the casino.  So we finally did.

It was a fun date night!  Chatting it up with Mani and Tif on the ride to Globe was of course fun!

I love these ladies!  So glad they are my sisters!  I think we are doing to need each other more than we even know.

Yep those are our dates!  Love these crazy Cluff men!
Because Brian was getting up early the next morning to go hunting he didn't want to wait in the long line for the crab dinner.  So we ended up eating at the steak house.  It was yummy and it just means we have to go on another date for crab legs!

MVP for Today's Game

What a great day for Hunter!
They played Solomon today in basketball. This was the first game where Hunter got to play almost the entire game!  Big treat for him since he usually only plays about 3 minutes at the most.

I am so dang proud of this kid!  It's not always been easy being on the basketball team. He is a good two feet shorter than anyone on his team which proves to be a challenge. His teammates have been great. It's just not easy to get up every morning at 4:30 for practice, work your butt off and then not get much playing time. But Hunter has had a much better attitude then I ever thought he would!!

Going up for the shot....look at his feet. That is almost a 3 point shot!

When your short it takes your whole body to shoot that far back.

And it's up....

Nothing but net!!!
I could just kick myself for not taking a picture of Grandma Cluff and Grandma B   As we were driving home from the game Hunter said, "the best part about that game was that Grandma B was there to see it!"  It sure meant a lot to him!

Hunter made 4 baskets this game and stole the ball several times. He husseled his butt off!  Pima won 31-10.....blew Solomon off the court!!  The practice following a game Coach Troy Judd always names someone MVP of the game. Hunter was MVP of this game!!! Such a stud!

Seriously So Fun

Doesn't matter where I go with this lady I have a blast with her!

Mani and Spencer's wedding weekend was too fun!

We dropped the men and little ones off at Extreme Air while us girls hit the mall.
Love my peeps!

This would be us "going for a hike."  Tif posted this picture with the caption we were out hiking.  Yeah it's a hill between the parking lot at the mall.  I was dying when I saw her post.....lol.
It was a great wedding weekend!  Ending it with a little time at the mall was the frosting on the cake. Even if I didn't buy anything.  Yes you read that right....something must be wrong with me huh?!?

We have been waiting for this day for awhile....hehehe!  We knew it was going to happen and we are all so happy to this cute couple!

Their pictures turned out so pretty!

Gorgeous power couple!

I am so excited to have Mani as a new sister in law.  I can already tell she will fit right in!

Our family right outside the Mesa temple after the wedding.  I love this family of mine!

Love this crazy family too!

Hunter was pretty stoked to catch the garter!  It was quite to scene watching Spencer retriever it from Mani's thigh.  Whoa-a's-me!

Honestly their reception was EPIC!  So beautiful and my kids loved dancing the night away!  Ella really rocked out!  It was a picture perfect day for sure!  So happy for Spencer and Mani!!! Love You Guys!

Ella

Where has the past 2 years gone?!?

Some days are hard I am not gonna lie.  It's hard to go back to having a strong willed two year old!
But then she flashes her smile and my heart melts.  I try to remind myself that I am going to want these years back.  So slow down, take a deep breath, let the house be messy and ENJOY IT!

Spencer's Bachelor Party

Spencer had a bachelor party at the Buttercup sand dunes.

Even though I had to talk Justin into going I know they had a great time!
The boys were all so excited for this guys trip!

Thanks to Richard, Grant was able to go faster on his 50 than ever before.  Richard is awesome and removed the governor on his throttle.

Hunter learned how to ride Justin's 700.  Justin said Hunter did a great job shifting.  He is a real natural!

I love boys and their play trucks!

Hunter rode up competition hill this trip!  He was so excited to make it to the top!
They all had a great time!  We are all excited that Spencer and Mani are getting married!  Such a cute couple!  Great bachelor party Spencer!  Such glad my Cluff men were able to go.  They ended up having such a wonderful time......even Justin!

Traveling to Buckeye for a weekend of Mani John fun!

We are all counting down the days until Spencer and Mani tie the knot!
This weekend Mani went through the temple to receive her endowments.  It was wonderful to be able to join her on that special day.  The Gilbert Temple is gorgeous and the session was probably my favorite one.

I really love this gal!  She makes life better in so many way!  I am so glad we married brothers!

Tif and I joked that we were the "entertainment" for Mani's bachelorette party. So we found these masks at Hobby Lobby and decided it would be fun to show up to the party wearing them.

And so we did!!!
It was hilarious!
Over all it just one wonderful weekend with Tif!  So glad I was able to come support Mani!  Mani is so wonderful and we are lucky to call her family. Wish I would have taken a picture of us with her!

Good Day in the Temple

Mom had all her kids in the temple today as Spencer went through to receive his endowments.  What a sweet day it was!

Mom said while in the celestial room, "I wish my heart could take a picture!"
Gonna be a fun month of wedding partying!  These two babies of the family think it takes a month of weekends to get married....lol!  But we are super excited they are finally tying the knot!
