Rocky Point 2016

Another trip to Rocky Point went down in the books.  Next year I have to get a picture of some of the fun adults that are part of the group.  So many families from the Gila Valley go down each Memorial day week, you almost forget you are in another country.  Just feels like home!

Hunter and Calli buried Ella in the sand.
Kailee's little guy didn't think it was that cool to have his friend buried...hahaha!

Logan is such a good looking kid!

This trip Ella was terrified of the tiny little snails that are exposed when the tide goes out.  It was hilarious!

Lathe Earp and Ella making mud balls.

Hunter and Calli
Lucky kid to get to spend some fun time with the girl he has a crush on while on the beach.

The tide goes so far out each day.  The kids all love to explore the coral when the tide is out.

I am not sure how many creme sodas these two had each day.  But it was a lot!

We always go to church when down in Mexico.  Even though the kids and I don't understand much, it is a good experience.  I especially love listening to the songs and feeling the spirit.  The chapel is full of vacationers from the states.  It is a true testimony building experience to be a part of it.

Banana boat rides are a must on this trip!

So many fun kids in this picture...
The Rogers, Turley's, Lutz and Cluff's

One of the nurses that came brought these knocker balls.  They are a BLAST!  It is so funny to watch people get knocked around in them.  Love Jenny's smile....we laughed so hard.

It was fun watching the kids in them.

But then us moms had to try and doing it is even funner than watching it!!!

Jenny and Debbie Turley battling it out.

That would be me on the right.  It is so crazy that you can get tossed and rolled around in them without getting hurt. Definitely makes you feel like a kid again!

Ella really wanted to try the knocker balls...

Surprisingly she could hold herself up using her feet.  Not surprisingly she LOVED getting rolled around in the ball.

Reggies for donuts!

Looks like Ella is doing the donut dance!

Yummy!

Thanks Kiersten and Hunter for our traditional name and year name of shells!

These five little people are my life!
I love being their mom.  I treasure the times we are able to get away from "normal life" and escape.  Memories are one of the few things you can take with you when you leave this world and we are making some great ones!

Best pyramid we could get with Ella.

Wish I could do a handstand on the beach.  Maybe it should my goal?

Love my Silly Hunter!

Deep in thought.....

Ella was excited about her Hello Kitty purse and the few little trinkets she got to put in it.

Love all the pottery....so colorful and cool!
Pretty awesome looking young men in this picture as well.

Oh how Ella loves her daddy!

I love this girl!

I love Calli too.  She might be my future daughter in law...hehehe.  Nothing wrong with an arranged marriage when it means your kid will get Jenny and Isaac Rogers as in-laws.

Future Musician

We all look forward to buying some things at the dirt mall.  Kiersten and my favorite thing to get are bracelets from this specific lady at the dirt mall.  She has the best selection and she will make also make you ones in any color you want.  She has a great selection of leather bracelets as well.
Grant had gone with the Mack's....really we are constantly switching kids!

This year Brandon and Kailee Bingham came.  It was so much fun with them! Their boys are adorable too.

Snorkling friends!

Looking good there Gavin!

While in Mexico we either have extra kids or our kids go with someone else.  It is truly like we are just one big family!  Conner Mack and Grant are the best of buds.  Logan and Kolter Mack are two peas in a pod as well!  We love Justin and Heather Mack and their kids!

Love us some Upstairs Taco!

Ella has gone to Mexico every year since she has been born.  It is a great tradition!  I sure hope we keep coming with this group of friends each year.

We bought a Kayak for the trip.
They kids have taken it several times to the pond and have sure enjoyed it.  It was fun to kayak along the beach and quite a good arm workout.

These two girls have so much fun together.  While we are in Mexico they are pretty much attached at the hips.

Shay and Ella
We sure love Shay!  She is so sweet and fun!  She is not only our dance family but our Mexico family as well!

Gavin enjoyed the paddle board.
It isn't a very good paddle board, but Logan and Gavin were good at it.  Not really a good one for an adult.

Kiersten and Calli

Ella couldn't make it through dinner...the beach just wore her out!

This is a pretty cool restaurant.  Not authentic mexican food but sweet location.

I love our Mexico family!
It is such a great trip!  So fun to be around all these fun families for a week each year!

Thanks to Bodie we got a cool family picture.  Calli tried her best....lol, but big brother had to step in to help her.

Oh how this sweet girl LOVES the ocean and the beach!
Kristi Ferguson came for a few days and Ella got so attached to her.  Kristi is so sweet, told Ella to call her Grandma and even took her back to camp for us so we could do a little shopping, after we all ate breakfast together in town.  Ella now calls her "Beach Grammy."  And it is so cute to listen to Ella say beach.  She says it so precise!

Popsicle in Mexico are just better!

Naps on the beach are the best!

Calli taught Grant how to snorkel on this trip.  He was so good at it and sure loved it!

I see future scuba divers in this sweet family of mine.

It was such a wonderful week with some of the best people we know!  Can't wait till next time!
