What Would a Trip be without the Urgent Care?

So the second day we were up in Pinetop Hunter dropped one of the mountain bikes on his foot.  He wouldn't put any weight on it or anything.  So after a few hours he was still hurting so we decided to try out the Urgent Care!  I have to say not the best Urgent Care we've ever been to.
We waited for 2 HOURS...ugh!

See the bump on the right side of his foot?

Well the word back was that it wasn't fractured but it was a bad sprang.

What a way to start our vacation!  Oh well at least we thought we'd gotten our Urgent Care trip out of the way.

That happened to NOT be the case....ugh!
Hunter, yes the same kids as above, got a BAD rash around his face.

This was more painful then the sprang foot!  Poor guy!

It looked like he had just gotten his wisdom teeth pulled or something!

Turns out he had Inpetigo..... YUCK!  That is some nasty stuff!  It took a good week to heal up and it was  very painful in the process and Hunter is a tough kid.  So you know it's bad if he is really hurting!  It definitely got worse before it got any better, even with the antibiotic pills, antiseptic wash and the cream.

Been there and done that too. My little one wanted a skateboard for the longest time. I got all the safety equipment and the first day at the part he fell off and broke his wrist. He doesn't think he wants to ride anymore, well at least I will not be sitting in this emergency room for 12 hours again.
