Fun in Utah

We flew out early Saturday morning, which meant we got to Utan and had all afternoon and evening to visit with family.  It was nice for us because a lot of family had yet to arrive so we got some time with Grandma B.

The kids wanted to do something helpful for Grandma so she had them prune out her apple tree.

Of course they are kids, and really Kiersten and Hunter together act more like 3 year old twins then they act their ages.  These two can really get goofy together!

And yes that is spit coming from Hunter's mouth.  I'd say the apples are not yet ready to eat buddy :)

Hunter enjoyed climbing the tree and I enjoyed the fact that his tree climbing did not result in an ER trip.

Then there is this crazy teenager!

She was dying to get a picture of herself throwing the apples in the air, without thinking about them falling down on her.  It was super funny to watch her.  And I might have messed with her a little telling her that we needed to try again and again because I wasn't getting any good pictures of her.  Maybe one of those apples will knock some sense in to her....hehehe!
Kiersten is so funny some times!

We loved these flowers that were just up the road from Grandma B's house.  Reminder us of the movie Horton Hears a Who.

Since Grandpa love to go for walks, we decided we would go for some walks around his neighborhood in honor of him.  And to see the beauty that he got to see as he raised his family in their home in Tooele.

We walked to a park just about a mile from Grandma B's house.  IT WAS AWESOME!!!  This right here was a really fun thing you could play different games at.  There was also a super cool workout park with it too.  We enjoyed it a great deal!

Hunter was in heaven looking for deer right outside Grandma's front door.  This 3 point came right across the street from her house.  Hunter LOVED every minute of it!
He kept talking about coming back up to Utah to do some deer hunting one day.

I loved that we got to visit with Grandma B.
It was a treasured time for Justin and I as well as Kiersten and Hunter.  We all enjoyed hearing her stories and listening to the sweet events that too place as Grandpa B was preparing to leave this world.  I am so grateful for the example of love these two have set for us!  They have a beautiful love story!

I love these peeps!
We really enjoyed our time in Utah, even if it was sad.  It was wonderful to see all the Utah and Idaho cousins we don't get to see very often.  They all are a ton of fun!
