Kiersten's First Year in The Senior Dance Show as part of COMPANY!

To say Kiersten was excited for this recital would be an understatement!

She counted down the days like it was Christmas.

She was so excited to get to dance like 6 or 7 times.

I would have never thought Kiersten would enjoy anything you had to do on stage...........

but love it she does!

Not only does she love it but she is quite talented at dancing as well. Look at her sweet smile (she is the farthest dancer to the right).

It was so enjoyable to watch Kiersten! Especially knowing and seeing how much she was enjoying it. She now smiles with confidence.............before it was a forced smile if anyone at all. She use to be all nerves............sorry she got that gene from her mom! Now she is so relaxed out there just dancing her heart out!

Kiersten loved all the costume changes.....

she even enjoyed the many, many extra practices that being in Company requires.

She did a fabulous job as well.

This girl has some serious moves and attitude to match!

I think it is because of Kaely that Kiersten now wants to take a hip hop class.

Work it girls!

Kiersten likes ballet the least of all the dance classes

but she does a beautiful job at it just the same.

Kiersten works so hard at everything she does and it shows in her dance.

When the whole Company is out there dancing it just amazes me the talent these young people have. It is beautiful to watch.

Great job to all the dancer of the Safford Dance Academy!

If you want to learn dance and be involved in something great............this is the place to be!

Justin just loves his sweet Kiersten

Although he isn't quite sure she needs to learn how to dance with a boa at the age of 9..........he was so funny. He just kept saying, "Kiersten is a great dancer.............I don't want her to grow up............I am going to get my shot gun out early with Kiersten"

He is going to be a very protective daddy when it comes time for his only daughter to date...............when she 25 he says!

I think because I only have one daughter I just appreciate the girly stuff so much more.

Kiersten is a wonderful daughter and I couldn't be prouder of her dancing accomplishment. But more than anything I am glad she gets to be involved in something she loves so much.

Even the boys love going to Kiersten's dance recitals. There have been times Hunter was invited to do something else on the same night as Kiersten recitals or performances............ he always chooses to support his sister. Sometimes Kiersten and I have both told him it would be okay if he went ahead and did the other activity...........but in the end he just doesn't want to miss Kiersten dance.
