You Never Know What You'll Find........

In a child's scripture case....

Grammie Boswell took Kiersten and Hunter to church with her one Sunday, as I was home caring for my sick boys, Justin, Logan and Mr. Grant who were all under the weather. For a few weeks the handle on Hunter's scripture case had been broke.

So Hunter asked Grammie Boswell if she could fix it...........since he knows his mom doesn't even sew buttons on shirts. She of course agreed and took his scripture case after church was over......scriptures and all, or so she thought!

To sew up the strap Grammie had to unzip the case.........she had noticed that the scriptures felt quite light but just figured it was one of those small Book of Mormon or something. When she opened Hunter's Scripture case she couldn't help but laugh..... Browny Bear had went to church with Hunter...........no scriptures to be found. I asked Hunter about Browny Bear being in his scripture case. He didn't know Grammie would have to open the case to fix it and he admitted that Browny Bear has traveled to church a few times before with us! It was so cute you couldn't even be mad. Hunter still sleeps with Browny Bear to this day. I am not looking forward to the day when Hunter is "too cool" for Browny Bear. He reassures me that will never happen and that he is keeping Browny Bear until he is a Grandpa! What a sweet, fun boy! So you never know what you might find in a child's scripture case. You might want to start checking your kids scripture bags.........there might be more then just scriptures in there and you might find there aren't any scriptures at all!
